The IFIP is the technical tool for the various trades in the French pork sector: from studie to expertise by trade ranging from artisanal and industrial manufacturers of cured meats, to genetics, animal feed, slaughter-cutting and breeding. Its objective is to meet the needs of economic actors in order to contribute to the modernization, competitiveness and sustainable development of the pork sector as well as the supply of diversified, healthy and quality products for consumers: strengthening the competitiveness of the supply chain, ensure product quality and segmentation, place pig production in a sustainable development.
