The IFPC is an organization of applied research, experimentation, expertise with actors in the sector or outside organizations, training and information. It has an operational mission of adaptation to the terrain and, as such, plays an essential role in the creation and dissemination of technical progress in cider farming. More precisely, in its sector, the IFPC has a double mission: Conduct experiments to ensure the transfer of research findings to producers and processors Coordinate the Research and Development programs initiated by the various players in the cider industry
