The students of the Master will receive training given by leading experts in corporate excellence models (EFQM model, Shingo model) and continuous improvement of processes, operations and supply chains (operations dynamics, Six Sigma methodology, Lean production systems and supply chains Lean & Green), in the design, implementation and certification of quality management systems, food safety, the environment, occupational health and safety and energy, as well as innovation and development and management of new products. Students will also acquire skills for the management of production, quality, food safety, innovation and the development of new products in different food supply chains.).
