ITAB, the Institute of Agriculture and Organic Food is an applied research organization that aims to generate and share knowledge to improve organic production and processing. It also endeavors to support the agro-ecological transition by facilitating the evolution of agriculture and society towards diversified, resilient and sustainable models. A major player in AB research and a player in innovation, ITAB develops its activity around 3 missions: applied research on organic agro-food systems (identifying needs, setting up and carrying out projects, bringing together stakeholders ...) expertise with public bodies or companies knowledge sharing (guides and techniques notebooks, articles, symposia, conferences, videos ...) ..
