Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Gourmand is a regional association, focused on economic development, promotion, marketing in France and internationally, and innovation in the food companies of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Gourmand's main objectives are the promotion of products, territories, heritage, practices, know-how, professions, research and development, broad innovation, and the performance of organizations . The members are the food companies of the region and the regional actors of the sector as well as the consular chambers and professional organizations. Its action program is supported by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional council and the State.
