We - the agricultural and forestry apprenticeship and technical training offices (LFAs) - are the contact for vocational education and training in agriculture and forestry in Austria. As a hub for vocational qualification, we assist people interested in training as well as training and apprenticeship companies. As authorities, we are responsible for holding examinations. Here you can find out more about our tasks. Depending on the federal state, we offer training in fifteen occupations - from apprenticeship or skilled worker level in the second educational pathway to master craftsman level. Our offer is aimed at young people as well as adults: apprentices, future farm owners, career changers and employees.
