Summary:
The French legislature has adopted the PACTE law for the growth and transformation of companies on 11 April 2019, part of a series of business-friendly reforms lightening constraints so as to encourage small and medium-sized companies (SME) to grow and create jobs. The action plan for the growth and transformation of businesses (PACTE) aims to remove obstacles to the growth of businesses at all stages of their development: from their creation to their transfer, including their financing. The PACTE law also aims to better share the value created by companies with employees. Its action plan envisages a 15 billion plan for vocational training and a deep framework for apprenticeships.
