The purpose of this Law is to regulate and establish measures to promote the sustainable development of the rural environment insofar as they represent basic conditions that guarantee the equality of all citizens in the exercise of certain constitutional rights and insofar as they have the character of bases for the general organisation of economic activity in this environment. Unfortunately, this law has not been developed since its publication, nor has it been provided with a budget.
