With this program, the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia (MAGS) provides financial support from resources of the European Social Fund (ESF) in the so-called "individual access" for individuals (in particular for employees, people returning to work and self-employed persons) who wish to participate in further vocational training and finance it themselves.
