CPF is the national funding scheme for personal training of individuals (public and private sector). It is funded by the taxes from the employers. Each individual gets funding credits each year, and can either use it for trainings inside the employer's scheme (internal or external trainings) or use it independantely to apply for external trainings regardless of the policies of the employer.
