Given the global social challenges of climate change, scarcity of resources, waste management and avoidance and the increasingly stringent environmental legislation associated with all this, the primary focus of the degree program is on designing and optimizing sustainable inter-organizational value chains in companies, from product development to disposal and recycling. Therefore the degree program combines engineering, natural sciences, methods of resource management, business administration and environmental law.
