In the Food Safety Expert training, you will acquire the ability to assess and evaluate different types of food with regard to their microbiological and chemical hazards.
The implementation of food safety standard requirements in your company is made easier by interpreting the standard requirements in an understandable way.
The knowledge transfer takes place not only through practical and entertaining lectures, but also through numerous interactive workshops in which what has been learned can be applied directly.
The target group of the FSE course is broad. As a result, there is great potential for the participants to exchange experiences intensively and to network intensively across all sectors.
