The purpose of this law is to promote the merger or integration of agri-food cooperatives and other associative cooperatives and other associative entities of an agri-food nature by setting up or expanding agri-food enlargement of agri-food associative entities of a sufficient economic dimension, and whose establishment and economic scope of action are of a supra-autonomous nature
