The ITS Agroalimentare Piemonte foundation designs training courses based on the needs of the local area and companies; young people and adults in possession of an upper secondary school diploma are admitted to the courses after passing a test and a motivational interview. The training, forged on the 'learning by doing' model, is acquired in an applied context that includes 30% of hours of in-company training and provides young people with skills that can be immediately and successfully applied in the agri-food supply chain, which is expanding at national and European level. ITS Agrifood supports small, medium and large enterprises in the area in search of new energy, training young professionals in the most sought-after strategic roles.
