The higher technical institute foundation e.a.t., Tuscan agrifood excellence, was established in Grosseto in May 2015.
The ITS EAT is a 'special school of technology' of excellence, established and recognised by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, born out of the partnership between companies in the AGRO-FOOD sector, institutions, schools, universities, training and research agencies in the Tuscan territory and in close collaboration with subjects and bodies in the Italian context.
