He is familiar with the raw materials, production, storage, and processing phases of primary products and at the same time is an interpreter of the processes of innovation and sustainable transition of the food chain. He works towards a constant increase in consumer confidence levels in food certifications, also through the valorisation of local food and excellence, also in an international context.
