He collaborates in the planning of interventions in the field of agro-food production and processing in compliance with quality, safety and conformity standards according to Italian, EU and international regulations. It manages processing cycles and control procedures for both machines and technological systems. Supports and helps the company in the analysis of productions and products. Promotes process and product innovation. In the various work phases, he collaborates with the administrative structure in the organisation of human resources and material management. Furthermore, the higher technician will be able to manage biotechnological food production processes and deal with issues related to the quality and safety of agri-food products, ensuring the environmental sustainability of production.
