Description:
The course in Food Marketing trains a figure capable of:
- analyse changes in demand in order to manage the marketing of food products, in line with large-scale distribution and retail trends, using the latest digital marketing and e-commerce technologies
- valorise the specialities of the various Made in Italy agrifood chains in their link with the territory
- communicate and promote on national and international markets the quality of production and the high standards of safety and traceability pursued by the company
The course focuses in particular on innovation processes for marketing, sales, certification activities, supply chain and distribution also through the use of digital and e-commerce.
