The APPETITE (Agrifood Partnership Promoting Education for the Transition of the Industry Toward Enduring Business Models) EU Project (2017-2019), co-funded by the European Commission in the Framework of the Erasmus + Programme. The Consortium aims at developing and delivering training and practical education on enduring business models through an innovative training course addressing both experienced agri-food entrepreneurs and youth, seeking for new job opportunities. Thus, the Project addresses the need for education and training in the field of Enduring Business Models in the agri-food sector, with a focus on CSR and sustainability, in order to lead a thoroughgoing renewal of the sector. To tackle this issue, APPETITE will develop an online course, characterised by open and innovative education methods, perfectly in line with the digital era.
