The Bachelor degree study program "scienze e Tecnologie alimentari (Food science and Technology) aims to develop a solid theoretical-practical training including basic sciences (mathematic, physics, chemistry and biochemistry) and applied courses (microbiology, technologies and industrial food processes food), complemented by courses that are relevant for the quality control (chemical and microbiological food analyses) and for the management and marketing of the agri-food companies.The study program includes lab or company internship and practicals developed in modern laboratories, with high-tech instruments. More than 300 agreements are active with companies for the carrying out of internships and apprenticeships which represent a useful contact for the student with the working environment.
