The Master degree in Degree course in Scienze delle produzioni animali sostenibili (Sciences of Sustainable Animal Production) aims to train a professional operates on all aspects of livestock production to improve its long-term sustainability through technical, hygienic and economic management and in the various existing contexts, making use of modern technologies and precision farming. The course is structured in 5 areas of knowledge (Nutrition and Human Dietetics Area; Sustainable Livestock Management and Animal Welfare Area; Sustainable Zootechnical Construction Area and Environmental impact assessment; Animal Health Area; Economic Area) organized into 12 courses. The post-Graduate in Sciences of Sustainable Animal Production could apply to the "abilitation exam" for qualification to practice and be enrolled in section A of the Register of Doctors of Agronomy and Forestry, as an agronomist expert in the livestock sector and its sustainable development.
