The Higher Technician in Environmental and Food Quality: Controls and ensures environmental quality across various areas: environmental management, water and effluent treatment, waste, noise; and performs laboratory analysis tests on environmental samples (water and liquid effluents, soils, waste) to monitor industrial and treatment processes and Controls and ensures food quality across various areas: implementation of Food Safety systems, good manufacturing and food preservation practices, hygienic-sanitary control; and conducts laboratory analysis tests on food samples for quality control.
