CEACV is a Vocational Training Centre. It was promoted by the Portuguese Association for Rural Development (APDR) and created by a group of people concerned with the professional training of young people, children of farmers and their families, and was constituted by public deed on December 28, 1989, as a non-profit association. Its constitution was published in the Official Gazette, III Series, nº 61, of 14-03-1990, with the social purpose of promoting the professional, cultural and social of the agricultural and rural environment.
