Explain the basics of wine stabilization. List the objectives of stabilizing wines by cold. Describe the different methods of stabilizing wines by cold. Interpret the operating procedures relating to stabilisation operations and the bottling of wines. Guide and operate with cold wine stabilization machines/equipment and identify risks due to incorrect operating procedures. Carry out tests to assess the degree of stability of a wine. Guide and operate the different machines that make up a bottling line, respecting good practices regarding the operator and the control of the operation. Guide the traceability of the finished product. Manage waste wines and materials used in stabilisation and bottling.
