This Competitive Summer School is sponsored by the KIC EIT Food, in the 2018 edition the students worked in groups and made business cases, according to industry needs in a competitive environment. Students were hosted at the agrotourism Il Cascinone, Acqui Terme (AL), where prestigious wines are made.
