The Institute offers among other activities training centers in different areas related to the agri-food sector and has an Agricultural Company of about 16 hectares, whose history has its roots in the distant 1500. It has 3 Chemistry Laboratories, 1 Product Transformation Laboratory, 1 Physics Laboratory, 3 Computer Science, 2 Science Sciences, 1 of Meristematics and Micropropagation, the historical library "Cosimo Ridolfi" and the Museum of "Didactics in Agriculture"
